Simple terms. 14-day refund.
These terms cover the TabHalo browser extension and the TabHalo Pro Lifetime license. By installing the extension or buying Pro Lifetime you agree to them.
What you get
TabHalo (free). The extension is free to install and use with its free features. The free features may be extended or adjusted over time, but we won't remove a free feature from existing users without good reason.
TabHalo Pro Lifetime. A one-time purchase that unlocks the Pro features described on the Pro page for as long as the extension exists and works in your browser. There is no subscription and no renewal. One license key can be active on up to 3 of your own devices at the same time; you can move it by deactivating a device in the extension.
Pro Lifetime is for you, for personal or professional use. Please don't share, resell or publish your license key. We may revoke keys that are shared publicly or obtained by fraud or chargeback.
Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked
If TabHalo Pro Lifetime isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase from the email address you used to buy it, and we will refund the full amount you paid. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take several days to show up.
After a refund, the license key is revoked. TabHalo checks licenses about once a week, so Pro features switch off at the next check. Your marks and settings are never deleted; the free features keep working.
Payments
Payments are processed by Polar as our merchant of record. Polar collects and remits any VAT or sales tax, issues your invoice and handles your payment details, which we never see. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Privacy
TabHalo does not collect your browsing data. What is stored and what is sent for license checks is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty and limits
TabHalo is provided “as is”. It works by changing the title and icon of the tabs you mark, and some pages (for example Chrome's own pages and the Chrome Web Store) can't be modified by any extension. We do our best to keep it working with current versions of Chrome, but we can't guarantee it will work with every site or browser version. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro Lifetime. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Changes don't apply to purchases already made in ways that make them worse for you. Questions: [email protected].
